소설 "몬테크리스토 백작"을 원작으로 하는 애니메이션이다.

애니메이션 시작과 함께 나오는 피아노소리와 저음의 보이스는 너무 깊어서 헤어나오기가 힘들었다.

그리고, 본격적으로 이야기 시작될때
조금은 장난기 있는 어떤 목소리가
인사를 건네온다.
"봉쥬르~"
그리고 이런저런 이야기를 조금씩 조금씩 들려준다.

처음 시작은 너무 잘 아는 몬테크리토 백작 이야기라 긴장감도 없고 익숙치 않은 그림체로 조금은 지루해서 몇번이고 포기 하고 싶어졌지만 5~6편정도 지나면서
그림체도 익숙해지고
조금씩 조금씩 묘하게 죄어오는 긴장감, 그리고 답답한 슬픔 등으로 마직막까지를 죽~달려가게 된다.

• Texture가 현란한 의상(안나수이가 일부 디자인에 참가 했다고 함)
• 친절했던 목소리 봉쥬르~의 본색
• 오프닝 음악과 오프닝 화면
• 에반게리온을 갑자기 연상케 한 메카닉 전투
• 백작의 마지막
